DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered a blouse 3 months ago. Didn't fit. Tried to return - the blouse came back to me as undeliverable. Customer service contacted me to say they would send another size. After many emails, texts, phone calls I still haven't gotten the blouse. I am now trying to get a refund. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau. Do not deal with them!! Are you seeing this Troy Gray?? If there really is a CEO at this company?

This company has poor follow through when it comes to returns. They didn’t respond to my emails and phone calls. I had to leave an aggressive voicemail in order to get a call back. I finally just mailed back my return at my expense. I have yet to see if they will be prompt in refunding my credit card.

ITEM RECEIVED ONE WEEK AFTER ORDER ON 9-27-23. TRIED TO INITIATE EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON 11-1-23. RECEIVED RESPONSE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER THAT. NEED TO PAY TO SHIP BACK FOR EXCHANGE 17.00. DECIDED NO I WANT REFUND. I WAS TOLD IT IS BEYOND REFUND TIME. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT UNTIL AFTER 9-27-23. BUT THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO MATTER. THEY COUNT FROM THE DAY THEY RECEIVE THE ORDER. POOR BUSINESS TACTICS.

Horrible. Paid $17 for an exchange label and they have not responded. Email them every day and no response. Call their number and their voice mail is setup to not allow messages. I've kept all emails, sales receipts, exchange label receipt as evidence. All I need is an exchange label, that I have a paid receipt for, to exchange the dress. Very unprofessional and disappointed in "Hannah" in sales to not respond to my email and send the exchange label.

The address was not written properly on my package and the package was returned to /Gretty Zueger. Nody made an attempt to right the wrong and nobdy contacted me. This is the second time that your mailing department failed me. You sell great product but you do not know how to organize your shipment

Where is my package??? I have not received it. Why is it taking so long?
