I don't like the fact that if you ask to take a creditor out of the program before any kind of negotiations have been made with anyone you have to prove that you paid that creditors off

I am at the beginning stages of using these guys. So far I have zero complaints they are very upfront with how everything works and will answer any questions and if the person isn’t sure they ask their upper management team to find a solution to your question. Once I get further I am sure these stars will become way more than just 3 stars.
