These guys are great! Their service was right on and my RED 10'8" Ride was delivered right on time! They also helped me with picking out the right paddle. Thanks so much for everything, I would definitely recommend these guys for online ordering!

Highly recommended! I purchased the wrong SUP and I contacted the company immediately. Julian was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He helped me change my order. In addition, I was concern about the delivery date and he assure me the SUP was going to arrive on time... and IT DID! Thank you so much... I am enjoying my SUP!!!!!!!

Ordered A Starboard Carbon Paddle from these guys and received a defective one. I emailed them to see about getting a replacement and Very quickly received and email back from Julian to help out. . Starboard , like everyone, did not have a replacement available at the time so it took about a month to get the replacement. Julian at Green Water was all over it and stayed in contact with me over the month updating me on when I should see the new repalcement paddle. Really excellent customer service on these guys part. It's rare to have a business stay in contact as well as they did over a defective replacement. The defective paddle was no fault of theirs, it was a Starboard issue. I will definitely shop with Green Water again.
