I contacted Green Water Sports with a unique request - purchase a Red Paddle SUP and ship it to Ketchikan, Alaska as soon as practicable. I was treated with utmost respect, quoted an excellent package price and given an equally fair shipping price. The boat arrived as scheduled for me to experience the Inner Passage from the water during my time here as an eco-tour guide.

I can't recommend Green Water Sports and Julian enough. I had a warrantee issue on a new board, and he went to bat for me with the manufacturer. When the manufacturer could not come through with a direct replacement - he worked a deal on another brand. Not sure how many internet dealers would have done the same. Great communication, fast shipping and good prices - I'll definitely buy from them in the future.

Gave me the wrong tracking number. Wrote them an email and no one contacted me in regards to their mistake. In order to find out tracking had to go on website and figure it out. Customer service isn't their focus. Update: Talked with a Julian soon after review and he forwarded me an email of a response. Not sure what happen to the original but life happens. Also the quick response wasn't through only email, but through text messages too. Appreciate Green Water Sports being able to ship to a military address. Thank you for the redemption.

Hi Louis, Apologies if you did not receive our reply regarding your tracking. Sometimes our emails end up in spam. Military addresses require a little extra time to process and require manual handling and some manual tracking input. While we did have the incorrect tracking at first, we corrected this and sent an email. Julian
