The gentleman who responded to my telephone inquiries regarding products was knowledgable and helpful. Thereafter I, by telephone, placed an order for two SUPs and am very pleased with how that order was handled.

GREAT SERVICE. Before buying they made time to talk to me via chat on their site. It was a leap for me to buy my first inflatable SUP race board. They made me feel comfortable about the purchase. The board is different and I'm not yet fully comfortable on it yet, but the folks at Green Water did speak honestly to me in that there would be a learning curve to move from a carbon board to an inflatable.
