This is a hotel located in Houston, Texas near the George Bush International Airport. The pictures on Agoda show a very modern, attractive hotel with lovely ammenities. When I walked into the lobby I found the pictures and description very inaccurate. The place looked seedy, run-down, as if it had seen better days. Even the chairs in the lobby had torn upholstery on the arms of the chairs. I had booked by debit card and was sent a receipt by Agoda. The inn has a policy which states that cash paying customers must pay a $100 dollar deposit. The guy at the front desk and his manager demanded that I pay the deposit before I could go to my room. I refused since I had already paid by debit card and was left stranded in the lobby. It was late at night and I just arrived in Houston on an international flight with no phone service. Luckily, a nice couple hooked me up to the wifi and I was able to call an Uber. It was a terrible experience.
