I was asked for additional fees for the delivery (20€ fees to get my package, on top of the 8€ delivery fees I already paid when ordering) even though my country (France) is listed among the countries they ship to, and there was no indication on the website that any additional charges would apply. Moreover, the website explicitly states that they also ship their products from France. If I had known the order would be shipped from the US (and that I would get import fees to pay), I would not have made this purchase. The whole point of buying an ecological towel is not to have it flown across the planet. I tried reaching out customer service but I got no response from them so far. Still waiting...
