The Green Line team was on time, efficient and willing to do whatever was needed. They made it very pleasant. Everything arrived safe and sound. It was far superior to my previous moving experience with a different mover.

Alex and his crew were highly recommended by my realtor as well as many others. They were responsive and ultra reasonable. They packed up an entire home l, with 50 years of memories and moved everything first into a storage facility in NJ and then down to Washington DC. Everything was perfect.

On our last move we used green line moving and we had a great experience with them overall. On-time, efficient and quick but w/ care of our personal belongings.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Green Line Moving! I called last-minute and expected to be over-charged because of the tight timeframes, but I was quoted an extremely fair price. The movers showed up ON TIME with a huge truck and a 4-man team and got my furniture moved into my new place in what felt like no time at all! Reliable, fair, customer-centric service!!!

They are very bad at service and communications. My stuffs have been taken 1.5 months and still no update about moving. Robert was the name of the person who I initially contacted. He was helpful till I book the moving. After that, he did not provide me any information and just asked me to communicate with mover directly and the mover doesn't communicate very well. I am not sure even if I would get my stuff back or not. The worse part is they are not even cheap, so you are getting poor service and also paying a lot.

We apologies if you had a bad experience. I checked our customer database and was not able to find you. We do not provide a storage services and don’t have anyone named Robert working for us. Would you please call us at: 732.602.4002 to discuss this matter?

I’ve used Green Line a few times and every time they exceed our expectations. They are always prompt and we can rely on them to take great care of our belongings. Everything is wrapped very well and they ensure anything that is fragile is handled with care. We were so impressed with our experience, we’ve shared their information with friends.
