Delaynee, This is exactly the kind of note that keeps us going, thank you. Hearing “I love your product, I love your company” is already amazing, but “my everyday face goo” genuinely made me laugh in the best way. I might have to borrow that line. I’m so glad you were able to stock up on the Skin Repair during the sale and that it’s something you reach for every day. Its great on your hands and chest to keep those sun spots away! If you ever want help pairing your everyday face goo with anything else for extra glow or hydration, I’m always happy to be your personal goo concierge. Thanks again for the love, for shopping with a small business, and for letting us live on your bathroom counter.

ChatGPT said: Judith, Thank you so much for this and for sticking with us through a little sticker shock. I’m really glad you grabbed the Black Friday 25% off—that’s exactly why we run those kinds of sales, so stocking up on the good stuff feels a little easier on the wallet. You’re absolutely right that we’re not the cheapest thing on the shelf, and I never pretend we are. We pack a lot of concentrated, high-quality ingredients into those tins and jars, and we make them in a way that we can feel good about. The goal is that they work so well, and last long enough, that they earn their keep in your routine. Hearing you say “works wonders, no complaints quality wise” is exactly what I hope for. If you ever want help figuring out which products give you the most bang for your buck, or how to make what you have stretch further, I’m happy to help you game-plan. And keep an eye out for future promos and bundles—that’s always the best time to stock up. Thanks again for the honest feedback and for supporting a small, ingredient-obsessed company like ours.

ChatGPT said: Mary, Thank you for this. I love that Green Goo has become part of your every night routine—face and arms before bed is such a great way to give dry skin some extra love. That’s exactly how we hoped people would use it when we were obsessing over that formula. If you ever want ideas on how to layer it with other products or ways to get even more mileage out of your tin, I’m always happy to chat and troubleshoot. Thanks again for taking the time to share and for letting us be part of your nightly wind-down.

Christine, Thank you for taking the time to share this. “Easy to order and it came quickly” is exactly the experience I want people to have, so it makes me really happy to hear that’s how it felt on your end. I hope you’re loving the Immunity + Defense deodorant now that it’s in your hands. If you ever have questions about ingredients, how to get the best results, or want help choosing what to try next, I’m always happy to help. Thanks again for supporting a small business like ours. Eileen, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this—“super fast shipping” and “amazing products” is exactly what I love to hear. We work hard on both the goo and the logistics behind the scenes, so it’s really nice to know it all came together smoothly on your end. We really do try to get every package out the same day and sometimes within an hour or less of receiving the order. I hope the Dry Skin lip balm and Skin Repair salve are treating your skin kindly. If you ever want tips on how to get the most out of them, or you’re curious what might pair well with your dry skin routine, I’m always happy to help you pick. Kindly, Kelly
