You SUCK!!! I never received it and though I sent MULTIPLE emails asking where it was....ZERO RESPONSE! I have addressed your unfair charge on my CC with the bank and they will deal with you.... will also rate you poorly on BBB review

Hi Marie, we just checked your case, according to UPS, the package has been halted in Knoxville, TN, it has not been returned to our warehouse which is why we had no idea, that you had not received your package.
