Won’t receive order
If I could rate zero stars, I would. They promised a custom build in under 21 days due to the high volume of orders and it’s been four months and it’s still silent on their side. They’ve spoken to me twice promising how my order will get moved up to priority and it’s been a month since and still no response from them. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and I made sure to order it giving them an extra week and it’s still not here. Their team is slow on communication and they don’t fulfill their promises. Don’t order from these guys as you’re more likely to not receive what you’re asking for. And just as proof for the company to show that I have ordered from them, my order number is 107794. If You’re looking for game replicas and props Please find other companies.

We sincerely apologize for this experience. You are absolutely right to be frustrated, especially after being given an initial timeline and then having to follow up multiple times without receiving the communication you were promised. Order #107794 was affected by the significant production backlog we experienced this year, and unfortunately, our attempts to prioritize the order did not result in the progress or communication we committed to. We understand that this was particularly disappointing because the item was intended as a birthday gift, and we are sorry that we let you down. We also want to acknowledge the communication issue directly. Promising updates and then failing to provide them is not the standard of customer service we want to provide. Regardless of the production difficulties, we should have kept you properly informed. We are taking this feedback seriously and are continuing to work on improving both our production planning and customer communication so that situations like this are handled much better. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and disappointment this order has caused.
