Tried to sell my used cell phone to a competitor company of Greenbuyback....they offered online what I thought was reasonable....sent them the phone....they replied they found small scratches (there were none) so they dropped their offer by $20....had them send it back to me. The other company is trying to scam people. Then sent phone to Greenbuyback and they offered what I thought was reasonable....sent them the phone...they said phone was in perfect condition and sent me payment! A win win situation.

My experience was very positive. They offered a fair price for my laptop and turnaround time for payment was quick. On February 1st I was notified that I would be getting a check and the check arrived on the 6th. It would have been here sooner but a weekend was involved. I highly recommend them.

I dropped water over my mac, lot of it, and it's completely destroyed. I went to apple stores and they asked me 750$ for the repair which I rejected and came home disappointed.
