They're greedy and the worst buyers…
They're greedy and the worst buyers compared to the others. They claim it's broken when it works perfectly. The other places accepted it fine. I wouldn't trust them unless you have a brand new item. They're just low ballers here.

We are unsure of which order this is referring to but it we deem an item broken that means it arrived damaged / not functioning or meeting specifications initially checked out. We always ship phones back for free to customers if they do not agree with the revised pricing. We would only state damaged in the phone was broken.

The worst experience of my life
The worst experience of my life. After they made their final offer for my phone, and I said no, they sent it back to me bent in half. It was intentionally damaged. I am in the shipping business for 28 years and I have never seen any damage like that. They won't even do anything to help me resolve this. I now have a phone that is useless. If was at least usable when I sent it out.

Customer sent in a damaged phone that they claimed to be in good condition. We offered a revised quote and they declined. We then shipped the phone back to her the same day. The phone must have been further damaged by usps in transit. The accusation that we would purposefully damage her phone is completely false. We simply packed up the phone and shipped it back like we would any other phone that was returned.

Customer checked out 3 phones in “good” condition. All 3 phones were cracked and did not power on. We emailed her and explained they would be considered broken condition - customer asked for us to ship them back which we did promptly. So we paid shipping to us and back for a 1 star review :(

Look elsewhere if you can
If your phone has "burn in" they consider it "broken." When doing the "survey" there's nothing about "burn in." You'd think they'd accept it for SOMETHING. People out there will buy that stuff. Look elsewhere.

We outline screen burn in as a broken condition variable on our website - I’m sorry we could not accept the phone as “perfect” condition. We simply could not resell it in the condition in which we received it.

This is an industry best practice. You will find no other buyback company paying up front. The reason is to protect our business from fraudulent transactions. We utilize Trustpilot reviews and BBB accreditation so you can feel safe when you send your devices to us. We would appreciate a revision on this review as nothing negative has happened to you.

Worst company ever
I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever.

Customer checked out a "perfect" condition phone and sent it in with a bad LCD. Customer agreed upon the revised price. Upon receiving payment left this review. We also offered the option to return the phone at our expense and she declined. Also, every email responded to within minutes. More could not have been on our part.

Stay away from them, people.
They simply returned my item. With no explanation whatsoever. In two weeks no one made a simple attempt to contact me . I’m still confused, have no idea what happened. Why they didn’t buy my Galaxy 6 edge in almost perfect condition, and why I lost my precious time on these guys.? What I know, however, that I won’t recommend them to anyone. Zero customer service provides zero business.

Customer sent in a financed phone and we needed them to clear the balance. Calls, emails, and text went unanswered. Instead of keeping the phone, we simply sent it back to the customer. Hopefully they saw all of the emails after this review.
