Alot of rude customer service

I needed a bit of funding for my business and Greenbridge came across my feed. The process was very smooth and my representative Jeffrey Woods was incredibly patient and worked with me every step of the way. Im very happy with the whole experience and would recommend Greenbridge and Jeffrey to anyone looking for a bit of a cushion.

After having them try to push sleazy home stealing high interest loans on me which I specifically asked only SBA, they took weeks telling me SBA loans take a while. It felt off so I demanded to get status and proof of submission. They replied saying they wouldn't be able to support me for various reasons without proving they submitted. Because they didn't. They don't care about SBA loans since commissions are low. I have a visceral hatred for bad business and sleazy companies... they win a 1st place prize for this. Just be honest and real so I don't waste weeks of my time. They play a game where they try to force you into one of their loans which could steal your home and more. No thanks.

fast turn around. easy to work wth

After submitting sensitive personal information, including my Social Security number, my application was declined without a specific explanation. When I requested clarification, I received a generic list of approximately 15 possible reasons. Not particularly helpful or transparent. Interestingly, shortly afterward, I began receiving numerous unsolicited calls from other financial service providers offering business lines of credit, despite being registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. I cannot independently verify whether my information was shared or sold, but the timing was certainly concerning. My advice to prospective customers is simple: Before providing sensitive information, ask exactly how it will be used, who may receive it, and whether it will be shared with third parties. I expected a financing decision with a reasonable explanation. Instead, I was left with unanswered questions and a suddenly very busy phone.
