Greenbox has always been one of our preferred lenders to do business with as their processes are one of the most efficient, they have a great renewals department and superb ISO management with our rep Johnathan Tejada.

Thank you for your wonderful review.

Staff at green box have always been helpful , communication is good , I guess the only negative would be the inability to retain the business based on rates. I had hoped that I could build a long term relationship but got a more competitive quote from elsewhere.

Actually 4.5 great people and did alot for us. There when we needed them . Improvement suggestion would be to have a portal for current loan balances etc.
