Urgently, I needed clarification and documentation from Greenbox to move forward with processing important personal documents. I had not been in touch with Greenbox for quite a long time and with a change in address could not even locate documents containing their contact information, so I had to look them up online. I cringed when the automated voice system kicked in as with my lack of reference number or any account information, I needed to speak with a live voice. I calmed down immediately when Micheal, the first person I spoke with, identified my phone number and knew my name! He immediately transferred me to Laz, an account manager who confirmed needed information and directed me to Kenia in accounting to secure my documents. I was on a roll, but that roll came to a stop when I got her voice mail. HOWEVER, Kenia returned my phone call within minutes. After my 10 minute drive home I went into my computer to find that my much needed document was already in my inbox! Thank you Greenbox for your professionalism, and for treating me as a human, not a number.
