Please note that the refund to your account was not due to overdebiting you on your daily payments, rather, this was a fee incorrectly applied to your account that was immediately corrected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We understand, as you said, that the small businesses we fund are, at times, operating with tight margins and it is never our intention to bring harm to a clients operations. Quite the opposite. Greenbox Capital offers working capital at a competitive rate in comparison to the industry standard. Renewals are available to clients when they have paid back a certain percentage of their advance, however, the business will still be reviewed by our Underwriting Department and must show that there has been no drop in performance since its initial funding. Our team reviews many data points and, unfortunately, will not offer a renewal if it is discovered that the business has declined in performance since its last review by our Underwriting team. Because of our thorough process, our team would not promise future funding, rather, we tell our clients, on a recorded line, that renewals become available when funding is 50% paid and our Underwriting team has had an opportunity to evaluate the business for additional funds. Hello, It is unfortunate that your business went under, however, it remains the responsibility of the borrower to repay funds as outlined in the agreement made with Greenbox Capital. We've been in communication with our Accounting Department who reached out to get you back on track. We did not receive any response nor were we contacted to request any modification in payments. Again, we are sorry to hear of your illness and in the decline of your business, however, we encourage all of our clients to communicate with us if/when they are experiencing hardship so that we can accomodate them. Our mission is always to help a business, not to hurt it.
