I’ve never received the towels I ordered

I ordered a set of 3 Orla Kiely tea towels- only 1 arrived. I have reached out to Green Bee via several routes with No response! Do NOT use- very poor service!

Love my towels. And packaged very cute, with little surprises such as a little necklace and a tube of honey. Great customer service, I ordered with wrong address and emailed them, they got right back to me and changed the address. The towels are real dish towels the kind that actually dry dishes and wipe up spills. Big and cotton—love them...

I was excited when I 1st saw the towels and they were beautifully presented with a little gift although although they were to be a gift to my neighbors who purchased the estate above our ranch. The name of the estate is Goat Mountain So when I looked at the towels I realized 2 of the goats horns horns did not transfer transfer when they painted them on I'm on and one of the goats did not have a foot. Being created myself I knew that I did not have the time to explain it explain it and then get a get a new set so II embroidered is embroidered horns on the goats and then embroidered mountains. It took over 10 hours to do this and had I not been in the time crunch, and too embarrassed to gift them as they arrived, GreenBee would have gotten them back. Sloppy work! I paid $40. For 3 messed up tea towels! I won't be back until they make this right.

I absolutely love the goat tea towels. They are a present & I'm positive she will enjoy them. It's hard finding items with true to live goatson them. I received them in short period of time, without any hassle. Thank you Reba Cooper.
