Ordered a pair of sunglasses back in July of 2018 and am yet to receive. Have sent multiple emails in which they claim a new pair is coming. They are currently not replying to my most recent emails. DO NOT BUY! Appalling customer service.

AWFUL!! I asked for a refund via customer services and had to ask and explain about 7 times and as soon as I asked about the money back they don’t reply! SCAM , they took my money and haven’t given me anything back. AVOID

I purchased a unique pair of glasses from this site. However, when they arrived they were of poor quality and were past the date by which they could be returned. They are also said to come from a shop in LA, however the address on the parcel was listed as China. Too expensive for the cheap materials used to make these glasses. Scam.

Cheap quality, expensive price, and no official packaging. The package just has “from China” all over it. The Instagram isn’t very legit... I don’t recommend buying from this website, but from an official retailer.

This is a scam!!! I orders a pair of glasses and upon doing so, I was encouraged to buy another pair for half off, so I did. Only one pair showed up, and it was the pair I bought for half off. When I spoke to customers service, they told me it was lost in the mail. Did I mention that I could only track the shipment of the second pair? Anyway, customer services told me a new pair, with a functional tracking number would be sent. This was in October of 2918, it is now May of 2019. I am sure by now you have guessed that I have yet to receive the pair that tantalized me into visiting this site in the first place 😢😖
