John Nepple is highly professional and, most importantly, honest—a rare quality in today’s market. I invested with John, and when some issues arose, he handled them professionally and honored every promise he made. I would confidently recommend John to anyone looking for a trustworthy investment professional.

They never respond to emails, they don’t answer the phone. If by some miracle someone does answer the phone then they will say they’re in the wrong department and promise that someone will call you. Surprise surprise that email/call never comes. Possibly the most incompetent company I’ve ever come across.
