Great Moose WoodcraftReviews of greatmoosewoodcraft.com

Very responsive, and went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Great to work with on a special design and board! Awesome communication throughout the process. Great quality!

Service was timely and more than personable. Certainly felt as though we were being cared for as an individual customer, not just one in the queue. Price was right and large order was delivered ahead of schedule.

I sent an email requesting a special order. They provided superior customer service as I received a response within an hour of my email. They told me what they offered and provided suggestions to make the order even special I ordered a hockey stick shot board with their suggestion of using famous players names on the etched shot glasses of our home team. I have received so many compliments from everyone that sees the set. The quality of their work as well as their customer service is great! I wish they offered more products like cutting boards, as I would order more from their company

Item looks great, artist confirmed its completion and shipping with me so I knew exactly when it was arriving and it looks as good or better than the picture!

I ordered the Nebraska charcuterie board with an etched custom phrase as a holiday gift for our organization. I was so pleased with the ease of ordering and how quick the responses were as I worked to create a custom board. He worked with me on the placement and color tone, and shipped the finished product before my needed timeline. It is a quality piece to use and display, and I can't wait to gift them to our team!

Beautiful craftsmanship! High quality products with just the right amount of personalization. I would highly recommend Great Moose Woodcraft. Super fast delivery too!
