Excellent Service! Fast, Reliable & Great Communication
I had my doubts at first, but the whole process turned out to be amazing. Manu was brilliant with communication from the start, kept me updated every step of the way. I bought a Canon R7 because it was my first camera. I compared it with many stores and theirs was the cheapest. I didn't expect their service to be so good. Because it was my first camera, I was very cautious when buying it, afraid of being cheated. The customer service always patiently answered my questions. The courier arrived quickly and everything went smoothly. The customer service is called Manu. We are brothers now. He is really patient and highly recommended.

GrayPorter offer outstanding service
GrayPorter offer outstanding service! Best web price I could find with 2 years replace or refund warranty included. Manu in Customer Services has been truly excellent, responding by phone to my emails and messages even at 19:00. Unlike most importers, they hold UK stock so I received my couriered Nikon next day included in the base cost! They promptly resolved a problem with the supplied charger terminals by ordering me a UK version direct from Nikon without any extra charge. Just a great experience. I highly recommend GrayPorter and will be back to them for further purchases.
