Literally 3 times a week I have to write customer service because my account is under review so I’m unable to withdraw my earnings. After providing everything asked of me they said that I still can’t redeem my money due to an unknown restriction?!?? Literally anytime you make more then $20 they try some slick stuff and make you wait 2-4 days before any resolution… good money when you can actually redeem it…

Can I give this app zero? It's difficult to use to say the least. I have tried to access the gamings I've downloaded and continuously have issues and now I'm not able to collect $14.50 and close it out. Do not use this app, it's not worth your time.

I have a buisness email and personal. I use both on one phone. On my personal I built up 36 dollars on buisness 1 dollar. All of a sudden the sent me an email saying I could only have one... then shut down the one with 36 dollars in it and let me keep the 1 dollar one.im a single mom barley making it. Im literally crying im so disappointed. This is sinister behavior from a leading company to have.

It started off really well with this platform but it seems like the more money you earn, the more ways they find to screw you. I was in the process of playing a couple different games- one game gave me $26 then reversed it and gave me $5.43, causing a NEGATIVE balance!? Shortly after without realizing that was occurring, I won $8 on a separate game and that applied towards my “negative” credits leaving me $-11 and freezing my account. They credited my account the $-11 making my balance 0.00 but refuse to pay the legit money I have earned since it was already credited (but they took it away). Definitely not worth the stress.

It was in my wallet so I tried it. My husband had done it and liked it. I found a game last night so I played it and I actually was stupid enough to try to give it eight dollars so I can win 14 which I’ve never done in my life less than learned and this morning when I woke up, I have two gravy passes with one has five dollars and one has six and you can’t cash out until you have 10 and the app that I play last night is gone so when I have sent messages to him, apparently they want to tell me it is a tracking issue I said how is it a tracking issue when the whole game is gone, I sent this. I sent the screenshots like they asked the people they have sending back. The emails are not knowledgeable and no idea on how to fix anything it’s like it’s not even their app why they aren’t sending messages to their higher-ups to find out what the answers are so that they can solve the problems to the customers. It’s a big fail please if you read this review, hopefully you read it before you download it don’t do it biggest waste of my time. I should’ve stayed on the two apps. I know that pay me all the time on time and if gravy is reading this train your employees to ask you guys how to fix these problems so that they can send them to us the customers and we can fix them or don’t and look like you are a fake scam. Either way it looks like you guys don’t give a care about your customers believe it or not that extra customer care will make them stay and I am deleting it and getting the hell off my wallet anybody sees that gravy run the other way because they will not pay you and they won’t have answers and the only thing they’ll tell you is it’s a tracking problem which means the text that made. It are not communicating with the people that are on the emails that are answering the consumers.

Don’t bother. Once you verify your identity to get paid. You start getting emails about stuff you didn’t buy from places you don’t live. Just don’t do it. I needed to make extra money since I’m unemployed but could have just bit me in the butt.

After making it to level 130 in Sparks provided by gravy pass, they decided that to change the payout amounts by lowering them the higher you go? After contacting gravy pass they advised there is nothing they can do. Why would anyone continue playing when the payments get lower the better you do? It makes no sense! Stay AWAY from gravy pass. You will do better with Inbox dollars or Free Cash

I am a disabled single mother and these games are my only source of income and while redeeming lower amounts hasn't been an issue, I played for several hours last week because I needed money for my light bill and I passed 3 rewarded levels and I have yet to be able to redeem my rewards. At this point, support has been ignoring me. They emailed this morning asking for screenshots of my game progress and I sent those in and I haven't heard anything back. I wouldn't recommend playing on gravy pass. Ace Boston is trying to scam us after the actual game sent me my rewards, gravy pass put a hold on them.
