I saw Gravy Pass on an ad and decided I would try it. Downloaded 2 games to start since they were games I like to play anyway; was having fun playing and then decided to “cash-out.” It wasn’t a big amount $21.51 but wanted to see if this was legit or not - well it’s not! You try to cash-out and they want your ID (other apps don’t ask for a copy of your identity) but I thought I would try . . . I tried for several days without any success so I contacted support who said to wait 20 minutes and then try again; it still didn’t work. Don’t waste your time with this one . . . there are many others out there that don’t make you meet a requirement and that actually pay out as promised - and this is NOT one of them. COMPLETE SCAM

They denied my cash out now they are stealing my money I had 1213 they took 896 and still refusing payout

I've tried to redeem my rewards and the app wouldn't allow me to redeem I've contacted support several times will not get back with me.

Scam. The pay out system is extremely suspicious as it asks for your ID to verify. You give your ID and then they said you made many attempts to cash out even though you submitted it once. They do not payout! I asked google Ai what this means and they told me that it’s a scam to harvest your Identity. DO NOT USE AND CERTAINLY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY IDENTIFICATION!

DON'T EVER EVER PLAY BLOCK BLITZ!!! you NEVER get your milestones so then every time you have to submit a form and send your proof and sometimes if you don't Circle how many hours that you've been playing the game they will send you an email saying that they need more detailed information meaning that you need to Circle it for them or that they're not understanding it. Then once you do that let's see I've been waiting since the 23rd it's now the 29th I've still heard nothing and also on top of that I lost my 30% bonus. I'm up to level 800 and I've been dealing with this since the first level and it's always been easy up until now but because I'm getting higher levels & making more money it seems like they don't want to pay out, also they aren't the ones that give the bonus its considered Ace Boston from what the email says and they say that they have nothing to do with and they can't do anything to help me or help speed up the gravy past progress which I believe is samurai or something like that I don't remember without looking but all I know is they continue to screw me over I've lost well over $100 in bonuses nobody wants to correct it nobody wants to do anything and again if I don't Circle things for them to actually like see it then they apparently can't look and see from themselves I do not like this app I am so done and so over it I do not recommend playing this app or this game this is not the first time this is happening to me and I'm so sick of it. Then I get told that other than the complaint on their app or I wouldn't call in an app but on the gravy pass in your Google Wallet where it says get help all it says is you've submitted your request please wait up to 72 hours well then I do that and now it's telling me that I've already submitted a request and now I need to wait for a response. I feel like this is bull crap I've played the game I've shown that it took me 11 hours and 25 minutes to make from Level 700 to level 800 and yet I still get nothing and yet I still am here waiting and I keep sending proof and again nothing this app is horrible this app is a waste of time they purposely make you do things like this so that they don't have to lose money by paying a Boston to pay out their daily bonuses I'm telling all it's not worth a headache and it's not worth the time especially with this game. Maybe others but definitely not this one and I think the issue is that this one pays out more than any other game I've seen on there and they see that I'm at 800 and there you don't want to pay $250 that is owed me and pretty soon I will be at level 900 and I bet the same thing will happen because for whatever reason with that game it never registered and it has this is the day I started

This is a scam. I wasted lots of time playing games for a reward I thought was legitimate but was denied my reward because they lost record of a purchase I made. Don't waste your time.

Gravypass is horrible!!!! Don't waste your time, its just a scam to waste your time and money. They should be sued for fraud and stealing! Customer service sucks, they dont pay you what you earn, and it doesnt even track it correctly! I wish these companies would get shut down

Do not do any cash transactions. They have the ability to change the withdraw redeem amount at will. It will go from $10, to $20 and probably more if you keep spending. And you will not get your money. I hope they burn whoever is in charge of this trash.
