The milestones don’t update correctly and customer service has not responded to my query and has not mitigated my concern.

Yeah they changed the payout to less money after I spent money on the game . I spent 60 it was supposed to hit 4 milestone give me 90 and instead I got 15. Contacted them they ignored me.what I mean is the numbers in the gravy pass next to the milestones litterly decreased after I paid, like 1 hour later then check marks next to them saying I completed them popped up. And they decreased a lot. All of a sudden I did the buy 10k coins but it was worth 5 dollars instead of 60. It was so bad. It was my second purchase too. My coworker never had a problem he was super surprised by thier response too and uninstalled it he made like 600 off the site. There is a reason there are no Google reviews

Worse waste of time ever.... There's no point in reaching out to support because they don't respond whatsoever .... I've spent money a few times to get purchase bonuses only for them to magically not be tracked at all. No wonder this isn't available as an app, because you'd be able to read all the bad reviews beforehand so you wouldn't bother downloading it. I call it 'Hard Pass', cause that's what you need to do on this Gravy Pass. Smfh

I was able to grind through 18 chapters of Cup Heros within 2 days for the full rewards and my account got locked because I guess their AI system thought I was cheating. I can't tell you how many retarded ads I had to sit through which sometimes played 7 or 8 times on a loop before you could finally skip them. The account lock got resolved and they still refused to pay me my winnings. I was testing the app and now Im not wasting my time with them anymore. I reached out again to the customer service support and they told me my account was banned when I could still get on it and download games to play, so the staff if either a lot of assholes that dont want to help, or their systems cant keep up with each other and display wrong information. Overall don't waste your time cause they will find a way to not pay you and then won't respond to emails when you email them back screenshots with proof of your innocence.

They restricted my account before I could cash out emailed them video and pics of proof as they said I finished puzzles to easily. Then they blocked me for "spam" I am definitely looking further into this and as there are so many of us I feel like a class action is in the near future for this "company"...

If I did have to add a star I wouldn't. They are a scam. I have been playing this game for about a half a month and I earned just about $14 dollars then for no reason they flagged my account and took every dollar I had made, even though I follow every earning instruction to the T. DO NOT USE.

RIP OFF THEY LET YOU PLAY AND STEAL THE MONEY YOU WORKED HARD FOR. Horrible, horrible app. You play the games they give you some excuse why they're holding your money and then they end up not paying you. I contacted the company who assured me that they paid gravy pass and should've given me the credit and they did not. I think they get the money and they don't give it to you and I think we play this games to make them richer because they steal what you earned. HORRIBLE SITE. BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER
