Our experience with Gravotech has been an absolute headache from the initial sales process through the handling of our return request. We purchased an M20 Jewel engraving machine for over $10,000, only to receive the wrong configuration and discover that the machine does not come as advertised on their website. Buyer beware: the machine is pictured fully assembled with its sides and top enclosure, yet those components were not included in our shipment. This was never disclosed during the sales process. This is incredibly irresponsible, misleading and deceptive marketing. The sales team appeared to have little understanding of the product they were selling, resulting in misinformation, incorrect equipment, hidden costs, and weeks of wasted time and energy. We were then expected to assemble, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with a machine that should have been properly represented and supplied from the beginning. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of accountability. Rather than taking responsibility for the sales and equipment issues, Gravotech repeatedly tried to shift the burden and blame onto us, the customer. Also beware of their 20% restocking fee for returns. This significant fee was not clearly communicated during our purchasing process. Only after requesting a return did we learn of it. Although Gravotech eventually offered to waive the fee, they still expected us to pay return shipping despite the circumstances surrounding the sale. After weeks of frustration, countless communications, and a completely derailed holiday engraving launch, we are left with nothing but wasted time, money, and resources. As a small business owner, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, product knowledge, transparency, and customer service. This entire experience has been a massive headache and waste of time that could have been avoided with honest marketing, knowledgeable sales representatives, and basic accountability. An absolute disgrace for a company selling equipment at this price point. Before purchasing from Gravotech, I strongly recommend getting written confirmation of exactly what is included, any additional assembly or training requirements, all potential fees, and their return policy. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I've used Gravotech previously and thought thier customer service was below average, however on my last encounter, I think its absolutely terrible, as if they don't even care: I've sent several emails trying to purchase items for my business, getting an actual response, but nobody followed it up. I phoned, 3 options over 3 calls took each option to be connected to a different department, again each time its an answering type service which you leave a message, which they say they will get back to you, but never do. I'm beginning to think that they think there actually bigger than the industry itself, as they are treating customers with contempt

Very poor company. People might ask why I've stuck with them for +15 years as a supplier. Very poor service for the last year and nobody answers the phone anymore. Trying to get information on deliveries is shocking. Time for me to move away and time for new machines anyway..

I would not give 10 dollars for a truck load of ls100 engraver machines because the on we paid twenty k for stays inoperable most of the time, no help from the company that made it.

Takes days to get a simple quote. They advertise a text line when you call now. Tried texting, told to call. It should not take days for a customer to reach someone. ETA: We're nearly a week out from me placing the order and no confirmation yet.

Waited over a week for Gravotech to respond with a quote. Called several times. Couldn't just buy the part I needed on their site. Poor service. Moved on to another merchant.
