Hello EA. We're sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction and we'd like to help. We send a heads-up of an upcoming renewal three days before the renewal date every year and offer a quick way to prevent the renewal or cancel the license right in the email. I didn't find any prior contact from you expressing the desire to cancel or obtain a refund. If you're no longer using Gravity Forms, you can request a refund for your latest renewal here https://www.gravityforms.com/request-refund/. If you need anything else, please get in touch with us here: https://www.gravityforms.com/open-support-ticket/general/ Thank you.
