Horrible product. The "magsafe" charger actually de-charges phones. The plastic is cheap and the Watch chargers magnet can barely carry an Apple Watch with metal band. The products come in unmarked packegeging and has no logos or marks from the company. It's obviously just dropshipping from something like Aliexpress. Everyone praising these products are bots. Stay away from this. I bought two of their leaf chargers. Same problems with both of them. Stupid me. Shame on them

Absolutely no customer service or support from this company. My charger has developed a fault and I have tried to contact the company via their social media pages, the contact form on their website and also by email. All my messages have been ignored. Avoid this company as once they take your money they don't care.

I did want to sent back my order, but nobody did reply to my mails how to do this. Cant recommend shopping @ gravgooda

I bought more than one of this f***** sh*** products. They discharge my watch. Phone charging is not fast, takes a COUPLE of hours. DONT BUY!!! I tried to charge my watch with and without case. After a few minutes the watch lost 3% of battery.. WHAT? NO REACTION on emails, nothing. Please be careful and spend your money to anything else but not for this! DONT BUY, you will absolutely get DISAPPOINTED!

Esperando mas de dos meses a recibir mi pedido, aun no ha llegado. Además no contestan a las reclamaciones por mail. Totalmente desaconsejable. De las peores experiencias de compra que he tenido nunca.

Must be a scam, paid for priority delivery, now well passed the estimated time and no answer to any emails. Not cheap so if coming direct via wish.com probably best it’s not come

The ordered item was not delivered yet…

I purchased a charger on December 20, 2022, and paid extra for "Priority Processing" shipping. According to their estimated delivery time, the product was supposed to arrive between 4 and 12 days. However, to my disappointment, I have yet to receive the product. I received an email on December 31, 2022, stating that my order was on the way and to track the shipment for delivery status. However, when I attempted to track the package, I was unable to receive any information. This lack of transparency and communication regarding my order is extremely frustrating. It's important to point out that I payed extra for a priority shipping and it is not being delivered as they said they were. I would not recommend purchasing from Gravgoods, unless they improve their shipping and customer service. If a company is going to charge extra for expedited shipping, they should ensure that the package arrives on time and that customers can track their orders with ease.
