my package finaly arived , it was after 10 working days the reason i posted on here was because the tracking information did not apear until almost a week had past so NO this company is NOT a scam but they are slow about showing tracking information

I have ordered a product and it has not arrived 3 weeks later. It is now 1 week after the latest date of the delivery period and I have sent several emails to the support regarding the status of my order and have not received any answer. I‘m afraid this might be a scam.

Terrible customer service. Cheap flimsy product. Returned and waited 30 days with no refund. Numerous emails from Gravgoods promising refund was being processed. Finally had to do a chargeback through my bank.

I haven’t recieved any info on where and when to Pick up my order. When I track my order it says that I have been contacted 3 times, and that the package is ready for Pick up, but thats not true!
