Received a broken product and put in a claim with their website and never heard back. It’s been a month.

I ordered the Grav Station after seeing many videos online. The shipping took approximately 10 days to be delivered to the UK. I didn't receive any tracking information; it just arrived. Initially, it worked well, but then it started to overheat and emit a burning smell. The phone charging pad has now completely jammed and makes a very loud clicking noise, rendering it completely unusable and, more importantly, very dangerous. I have contacted them three times now to take them up on their offer of a "lifetime warranty" but have not received a reply. Ironically, I still receive their newsletters with subject lines like "Wireless Charging is SAFE! Here's why... 🤔" From my experience, using their chargers is definitely not safe.

I purchased this having seen it advertised and it looking great. Upon ordering this item I then had a nightmare with my bank telling me that the payment was due to be collected twice. The shipping wasn’t much better no real notifications received. Once the item was received it didn’t work properly, the motorised phone charger doesn’t work properly. It makes a really bad clicking noise when it goes down, I have written to Gravgoods twice explaining this, I have deliberately waited to write this review to give them chance to reply, no reply from them at all. Very disappointed with the product and the lack of response from them.

Latch unclasps as soon as you put the watch on. Company did not reply to my email for a return or refund as I live outside the US. Had to go through the PayPal claim path. It’s a shame as the watch band looks good, but doesn’t work.

Terrible!!! Ordered a 42mm Apple Watch case and received a 44mm. I have tried to contact the company several times and haven’t even gotten a response from them. I guess it’s a waste of money at this point. Will not be ordering from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

They shipped the wrong size Apple Watch case and for the past few weeks I have been trying to get them to respond to let me know how to return it.
