SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order on January 18, 2021. I was promiswed my wines in 10 business days. After waiting for almost 2 weeks, I called and was told that the wines were out of stock (even though thtas not what was showing in the website). I was promised a credit to my credit card. After many days I called again and was told I would be getting a check in the mail Two weeks later and NOTHING. Now they dont even answer the phone nor my emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and also called my credit card to see if they can give me a credit. Guy I spoke to said his name was Dave. TOTAL FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Terrible service. Ordered a case 11/22/20, and after 3 weeks with no update made several contacts with assurance it would be delivered “next week”. Holidays came and went. Finally cancelled payment with my credit card 1/10/21. Case arrived 1/15/21. They recharged credit card for entire price...not even a discount for waiting almost 2 months. Go somewhere else.

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT ORDER. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR WINE. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE! I JUST CALLED AMEX TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE. We ordered on 1/4/21. Shortly after we order we had a fraudulent charge on our card. Someone tried to charge over $700 at a grocery store. It never went through. RUN AWAY - IT IS A SCAM.

The big question is WHY are they doing this. These guys - Phillip Baird & Dave Sitar - go to great lengths to convince you everything is ok. I have now read all these reviews and I’m stunned to see how long this game has been going on. Why don’t they just tell us the truth? Because, like everyone here, I experienced a wine I liked and wanted to purchase a case. I found them on the internet. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED REVIEWS FIRST. But clearly we were all duped by the gracious style they have. I was talked into dividing my case with another more expensive wine by Phillip and I ordered in early October. My Cc was charged a week or so later. No wine came. I called back - over and over again. LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES. Then suddenly it is now November. I was now promised the wine by Thanksgiving. No wine. Then finally I reach Phillip. Phillip blamed Dave. Dave blamed Shipping. He kept asking me for an order # which I was never given. Finally in early December I was emailed an order number. Then Dave said the shipment was going out that day. Nope. Two weeks later, Dave blames shipping again. Bottom line my wine WAS ultimately shipped three weeks later - I received it - instead of 8 of my preferred wine plus 4 of the “pushed” wine I got 6 & 6. (At least they arrived well-packed). This was an 11 week-stressed filled experience. Then I happened to look the wine up again because the “so-called special one” was not special at all ... I found prices $8 per bottle lower than what they charged me. And the wine I wanted initially is now listed less than what they charged me - being offered by THEM! This is so absurd. I could have been a customer for life - like everyone else here. Folks... it’s just not worth it. We all have enough stress .... totally bizarre outfit. Yet they are still operating. Beats me.

I ordered wine and a month later I still Never received it. A representative called me and said it would be shipped the following week but still never came . They charged my account and never shipped the wine.

Awful experience. I waited 4 weeks for my case of wine to ship, decided I should call and see what is happening. Story is the same as everyone else, no responses, I got scammed out of $200+

I wish I cud put zero star. Put an order didn’t pay for it as was waiting for one day to make my mind. Got calls and email from them to press me to pull trigger which I ended up doing. Then no words of my shipment. Impossible to reach out anybody from their side. Decided to ask bank to refuse payment and cancel order. Managed to talk to someone after 10s Of phone calls and emails to cancel order and advise them I was disputing the charge. 4 days later they still ship the wine... worst experience ever

I give them one star which is undeserving. The BBB of Norfolk has received numerous complaints about this business. I placed an order for a box of wine which never arrived, their CS is awful and when you can get through, it’s just excuses not to return your money. Potential customers, please buy your wine some where else. This is a scam!
