Worst!! Paid back $50 only to get offered $25!!! Have $1500 a week coming in and this is what I’m offered!!!

Do not trust this app....I am still waiting for a transfer after 5 days... their app states is been "delivered" you can't reach ANYONE... and there is no customer service number to help

The worst, it worked a couple times, then they do this instant shit, and I never received the loan and it was due the next day, how is it a payday loan if they don't wait until payday to take it out, I'm still waiting on the money I was supposed to receive yesterday and is due to be taken back the next day, I think I'm going to file a class action suit

Used this service a couple times in row with no problems. Paid back on time and was able to get another advance. As soon as they took out their monthly subscription, which is a MUST to get an advance, all the sudden my direct deposit can’t be verified. Tried to ask support about it Would have better luck talking to the flat tire on a neighbor’s truck. If you do ever try to get help from support, just smack yourself upside the head with a skillet, it hurts less and will have the same end result. Asked for a prorated compensation on the subscription until they can figure out direct deposit, I get paid biweekly so 1/2 the month is gone minimum, and was met with a stanch no and more cut and paste responses. Did I mention I got the same cut and paste response from agents and the supervisor on every single correspondence? Rather shave my beard with a rusty cheese grater than deal with the customer support again.

I downloaded Grant recieved cash advance no issue. Paid back on time. Next time I wanted an advance. Said cany verify pay direct deposits. When I asked about it. Was told the are incapable of verifying checking accounts for direct deposit pay. However they had no problem first time. I think it's BS. No cash advance can't tell me they can't verify whether they will get paid back or not. Either they are a complete idiotic company or extremely one that insults folks intelligence. I would never ever use again or refer anyone to them. Well perhaps someone that I know would never repay advance
