I would give it zero stars if I can. Honestly I appreciate the hustle mentality, as I am a broker myself in commercial real estate. However, I did not find the "workshop" investment worth the money and when I initially had the zoom meeting with a rep agent I found myself saying the typical, "let me think about it" line with someone who continued to add more into the package until I finally said yes. I literally said yes to get him off the phone or he wouldn't leave. On me. However I gave it a chance and found that they wanted me to book a flight out to Miami for a ticket to a show. So now I have to spend more money on what? a learning workshop? No thanks. I just wanted more leads for my business and a way to get it done efficiently. The site wasn't efficient at all. Waste of $$. Live and you learn. Also the customer service sucks. they all suck. Just throwing you into another persons lap to resolve any issues.

Huge scam. Now I get why Grant is being sued by so many people for millions over fraud allegations. I fell for the high-pressure sales pitch and paid him $10K. Once I realized it was all hype, I asked for a refund, and he refused. He basically told me to go f*** myself and said if I wanted my money back, I'd have to sue him. Stay far away!

I had bad experience and significant issues with the this program. The only substantive interaction that occurred was an initial kickoff meeting with the sales representative. Immediately following that meeting, we communicated our decision to cancel the training program and with that have not participated in any on-line classes or courses to date Despite this prompt cancellation, the agreement provided does not include a reasonable termination clause, which raises serious concerns regarding its fairness and enforceability. Notwithstanding our clear and repeated requests to discontinue the program, the company has continued to issue invoices and has processed multiple unauthorized charges to our credit card. This conduct reflects a disregard for standard contractual practices and consumer rights, and the continued billing and charging activity is both inappropriate and unacceptable. I strongly recommend not to consider this training course or register for the training program

I spent over $17,000 expecting mentorship and hands-on support to help grow my real estate business. Unfortunately, my experience was that the program focused far more on selling additional products and upsells than on providing practical, actionable value. The promises and expectations I had when I enrolled did not match the level of support I ultimately received. Instead of feeling like a partner invested in my success, I felt like another customer being sold to. Despite my concerns about the value I received, I was still pursued for the remaining balance and threatened with collections. If you're considering investing this kind of money, I'd encourage you to carefully evaluate the return on investment. In my opinion, that capital could be better used purchasing an actual income-producing asset, marketing your business, or investing in your own deals rather than spending it on a high-ticket coaching program. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend the program.

Guys a scammer. Run fast. Wasted close to ten thousand on real estate and sales training for my business from an "expert". Come to find out this "expert" i was paying $500/hr for had never owned a business, had never even been a top salesman at any other company before, just some immigrant beautiful woman from Ukraine. Luckily I stood my ground and refused to sign a 12 month contract. Beware.

They do not care about the customer, just taking your money.

One of the worse company you could ever work. Bunch of scammer want to drink your blood. While you do cancel thier junk training they will keep calling you and charging you with multiple merchant id simply to charge your credit card. Such a wasting time. I am pursing this with my attorney to go after them.
