I'd highly recommend not turning your valuable assets over to Grand Welcome unless you like: *The main entrance doors to the property left wide open for anyone or anything to come inside, for weeks at a time. *Bags of garbage left out on your decks for weeks at a time. *Hot tubs left open for weeks at a time to evaporate and get filled with leaves. *Main entrance gates torn down by property guest with complete denial of any repair responsibility by Grand Welcome. *Cleaning crews that show up unannounced at 3AM. *Items constantly missing or replaced by lesser valued knock off merchandise. *Constantly wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and general cleaning, after the paid cleaning crew has come and gone. *Outside garage cans left to overflow for weeks at a time between rentals and upon new guest arrival.
