Hi, Ordered a mug, the one about Grandsons and Granddaughters. Received it, to find a large chip on the mug. Emailed CoolGrampa and received a replacement in perfect condition. Very quick turnaround, very happy with the service. Thanks Scott M.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the great quality of the tee shirt I purchased. The printing was perfect - even better than the picture I ordered it from. There is no question I will be ordering more shirts soon. I will also be sure to tell my friends about it. Thank you Grandpa tee's.
