I didn't have any problems ordering my shirt and it was delivered fast.

They gave me just what I wanted and got delivered before the date that was said

I ordered 3 shirts. I for me and a shirt for each of my granddaughters . The shirts do look very good. Thanks

I ordered 2 shirts 2 months ago! One arrived 3 weels ago and I'm still waiting on the 2nd. Their website says 5-15 business days before shipping. I emailed them to cancel my order for the 2nd shirt as it's taking way too long. I was told that can't cancel as all orders are custom made! Oh pls! So why have I received the one and not the other! Such BS! How is it that I have to live up to my end of the deal ito payment, but they don't need to? Oh and the quality of the fabric...yeah, $2 k-mart shirts will last longer!

I am very happy with all merchandise that I have purchased and would recommend any and all to buy from cool granpa store excellent service , so do yourself a favour and buy something.

Ease of finding the shirt I wanted and ordering was a breeze. Both the material in the shirt and the printing are excellent.

Total 5 star review for their customer service!!!
