Grande Vegas is ok, until you win…..
Grande Vegas is another online RTG casino that operates similarly to the others. I use to really like Grande Vegas and I frequented the casino very often as they offered decent bonus codes fairly regularly. The verification requirements and processing time is pretty standard and after verification, I think it was only a few days until I received my winnings via crypto wallet— which is a plus. My biggest tiff and the main reason why I stopped playing there and will never return is because as soon as you win and make a withdrawal, you no longer receive bonus codes. An agent in the 24/7 chat specifically told me “bonus codes are for non-winning players only” and since I’ve already won, “I’m no longer eligible to take advantage of the incentive to come back and win again”. Lol. Which basically felt like they no longer value me as a customer because I made 1 withdrawal.

Winnings Voided Deposits Kept
They will use any excuse to keep winnings. Do not deposit with them. I made a deposit and they claimed I violated the terms. They kept my deposit and voided my winnings. SAD.

Do not deposit money with these people. They are nothing but crooks. They will find anyway possible to keep you from your winnings. They sent me a free bonus and then refused to pay me. Scam!!!

Advertising in the UK but UK residents can't play!!
I signed up to this site after seeing an advert promising no deposit free spins. It let me join but could not see the free spins. Contacted customer support who advised me to email. Received a reply saying to use security to log in & create a new password. Did all that, still no free spins. Contacted live chat to be told can't play if in the UK. Well, I said I was in the UK when I joined the site as I gave my address in the UK & it let me join!!? So why are they advertising in the UK then?!
