I have a manual Payment account and they just randomly charged me for an automatic payment account which I don't have. I can't do anything about this but request a new bank card. Sad I must say. But I'll learn to Never use them again. They literally even wouldn't respond on their help chat then they did twice just to close the chat after I started calling them thieves. If you are smart then don't waste your money 😂😂

The constant errors that take days to fix makes you spend more time resolving these than actually producing any results. This app could be phenomenal, it just seems like it is still in beta mode and should not be open to the public yet. There are way too many bugs they need to fix.

Tested the service on a one month (non-recurring) payment. During that time (the whole month) they never replied to provide a proxy for Instagram, in that time my account access in their system died and actions got blocked. I immediately reached out to cancel the service, they replied but did not cancel on their end and then charged me...even though I only did a one-time not recurring still got charged. Reached out to tell them got charged to no reply. Then I threatened to reach out to credit card company and they replied...but then I got charged again and never got a refund. Now been charged for 4 months so have reached out to credit card company and blocking them and fighting for refunds. DO NOT USE THEM.

The features offered are actually working and you can definitely work well with it - the problem is more the missing support. The Account gets blocked regularly due to flagged proxies or something similar and weeks + 100 attempts to not speak to a support bot pass before your account works again! TO SUM IT UP - PRODUCT COULD WORK BUT THE RIDICULOUS YET NOT EXISTING SUPPORT IS THE WORST

I am a Gramto customer. Gramto is a scum service and I really regret to have bought a subscription. Their support is non-existent sometimes waiting for two days to receive an answer, and their automation is a joke. First-hand experience: 1) their auto-post schedule only partly works, in ways impossible to predict. 2) automation crashes every 16 hours or so, even despite having bought a high-quality, third-party proxy. When it works it performs maximum one action every other hour, but most of the time is stalls for two days with often messages such as the cryptic "System Maintenance". 3) Features will appear and disappear with no information whatsoever. This happened with the Follow function that suddenly after my request to their "technical support" reappeared on my dashboard with their typical message (Please kindly check, we fixed the problem). 4) Both of my instagram accounts get blocked every day, and they need to be manually unblocked. In short, if this is what automation is supposed to be, I'd like to go back to the Middle Ages. As I have tried repeatedly to find a solution with their sales team and request a (partly) refund - it was also my responsibility to look deeper - I want to disclose that this review does not come from any feeling of revenge, but more of bitterness for a highly problematic service.
