THE definition of euphoria I got drisheen and liverwurst and they look even better in person!! The life-cast packers are a whole new level of realism combined with the tri-densty formula, I'm so happy with them, the euphoria is unmatched. I highly recommend!

This is my 3rd STP from Gramma, and he’s absolutely perfect. The full 3D scrotum was important to me as well as the right shaft length to not be poking straight out in say gym shorts. Oscar Minor STP 3D with a Winkie is the best I’ve found out there after years of many other STP’s. Gramma and team are attentive to questions and updates. Can’t go wrong here.

I got the chupa chap and the lil Smokey in the basic formula. I bought them both to decide which model I wanted to invest in for the upgraded f3 formula. Right away I was surprised at the quality of the materials. The basic formula is surprisingly soft and very pleasant to pack with. I had a basic Vienna that I bought a few years ago but there has been a noticeable improvement since then. It smushes down pretty well in pants. The chupa leans a little to the left which really helps with my dysphoria as I’ve never found a packer that matches my phantom peen in that way. Though it has a tendency to flop around due to the balls being a little lopsided. Chupa is great in a harness, but not my everyday wear. The lil Smokey is aesthetically beautiful and stays in place perfectly. I actually cried when I put it in place because i felt like my several years long search for the perfect bulge had finally ended. I use a pouch and it just moves so perfectly with my body. When I stand up it falls perfectly in place and when I sit down, it slides up just a tad to sit in the exact position I need it to. Idk how, it almost feels like a miracle??? Never had a packer do this. I can’t wait to get the f3 version. THANK YOU GRAMMA!!

I now have four soft packers from GS that I rotate through as my dailies. I have a few others from other popular companies, but Gramma's are the one I use most regularly because of they are the most realistic and hold up the best over time. I've only run into one issue of damage and it was entirely my fault due to the harness style I used and I was able to easily fix it with the patch kit I had bought with my first GS packer. The thickness and texture of the tab have fluctuated a bit over time, but never to the point of concern and it's never caused an issue. Andrew does an excellent job and is always looking out for ways to improve formulas or provide better designs for the community.

Today my little sausage magnets arrived. Upon opening and finding a couple little bonus items I had an overwhelming sense of gratitude and remembering that there are still businesses that care about people no matter how much or little they spend. It made me feel special in a way I forgot existed. So all that to say - thank you - and keep doing what you’re doing

I am very very happy with my Kolby! Unfortunately, my urethra is a little angled from athrophy and i have trouble bearing down at the moment, so using it as an STP will take mooonths of figuring out. But this is the most affirming packer I have ever had. The balls are nice and squishy, and the packer feels nice against my skin. Grandma also had made it witha defect and cared enough to reach out to let me know and also offer to throw in something extra or make a new one. I went with the extra briefs, and they fit nice. My boyfriend is a cis guy and genuinely thinks it looks real, it freaked him out a bit at first when I sent a pic of it by itself on my bed lol!

Gramma’s Sausages is a prosthetic company that understands and really cares for the trans community. Andrew worked with me to allow me to try out a Spouti risk-free before committing to that kind of STP system. He also accommodated my concerns and requests about coloring, and was generally responsive, friendly, and helpful! I waited for a month to leave a packer review as I know durability is a big concern for people, but I should mention I was peeing confidently within just a week of getting it. I purchased the STP Andoillette with testes (2D version) and so far I’ve not had any issues with wear and tear, wearing almost every day. The STP packer, especially with testes, does not compress nearly as much as the older F3+ formula I have, but that’s to be expected. Overall this makes the shape of the Andoillette a tiny bit poky, but it’s very manageable if you do not thread the Spouti tube all the way through and wear tight briefs or a harness/jockstrap. The new surface texture is super soft and not at all sticky/tacky, though possibly because the 2D mold is older, the finish leaves a bit to be desired (lots of bubbles/tags in the silicone, which are harder to clean). Overall, the trade-offs between an STP vs a soft packer, as well as a soft vs durable prosthetic, are definitely still present here, but it more than gets the job done and is still very comfortable and affirming. I bought a STP with spouti in it around December. It arrived in February which is a really great time for hand made products! I only ordered one STP but they sent me two! I am really greatful for that one has a tab on the top part and one does not. I really love both of them and the tab on the top really makes it feel more real and more comfortable to wear! The price for the product is amazing! The only weird thing is the page for my order would never load but I knew these guys have a really great reputation so I just waited and it was so worth the wait!
