The screenshot on my profile picture shows I was a customer and a very disappointed one. Don’t use this service, they’re ineffective and actually harm your account. Joe Vince is openly crude and disrespectful

To say my experience with Gramiety has been atrocious would be an understatement. After 11 days I have still yet to gain even one new follower. In fact, Gramiety has done litterally nothing except take my money. Their customer service team keeps giving me excuses as to why their engagement team has not starting working on our account. Unfortunately, my only means of communicating with them is via text. Sometimes my texts go unanswered for days, while other times they do not get responded to at all. The company says it is based in LA, but I believe they are farming out the work to the Philippines. In just 11 days, Instagram has shut down my account 2 times due to suspicious activity from the Philippines. The only ones who have my login info other than me are Gramiety. Coincidence? Unlikely. I will be calling my credit card company to hopefully reverse the charges for this scam junk operation. If you are an unsuspecting customer like I was and believing all their hype, DON'T! Stop right now and find another service provider. You'll save yourself money and a ton of time. It is NOT the service we're being led to expect.

Wow. Ok. A lot to unpack here. First, sorry that your expectations were not met. Frankly, your impatient nature made it difficult to meet them and regardless of what we do for you, it seems that you would not be happy with our service (or anyone else's growth service) for that matter. First, your IG account has only about 200 followers. Real targeted growth takes time, not 9 days. It's a gradual process in which you add new followers daily, weekly. With a small account you can't start doing hundreds of actions per day. You need to scale up over time. This takes weeks. That said, your account was bumped out of our system before it could get started b/c you changed the password twice after signing up. Upon doing that, it bumps our system offline and the account will not run on the service. Dennis, our team member that is based in Sweden (we are based in LA but much of our team is global) told you this via text, which I'd be happy to share. Further, he extended your billing several weeks so that you would get some free service on top of making up for the downtime. Upon receipt of your cancellation text today, we cancelled and refunded your money already. You are not out of pocket and have been made whole. Our services are not a scam and not junk as you have stated. You were just too impatient to give us the time to actually deliver. I wish you the best growing your account somewhere else. - team GRAMiety

A really great company to help people find out about your IG profile. I have been working with them for a little over a year, and have been pleased with the results. Gramiety helps you engage with people who are your target audience allowing them to discover you organically.

I genuinely love Gramiety and the services they provide….and I have tried TONS of other companies. I’ve done giveaways with Gramiety, DM campaigns, and targeted following with these guys…and guess what! Every one of them has been successful and they do and deliver what they say they will. I’ve tried the really cheap places in the past and I have always gotten what I paid for and in those cases it was always fake followers and engagement. Gramiety always delivers REAL followers and REAL engagement. They’re awesome. They are easy to work with and they actually care about you and your account. They also work closely with you after analyzing your account to determine exactly which service is going to be the best for YOUR specific account. They are experts in what they do and I’ve been incredibly happy with my results. Thank you Gramiety Team!!

This service was better than any previous “growth” service I have used. My engagement with like-minded accounts really helped my page.
