Grainger saved the Day! I bought some fan motors and pulleys. Some reason I bought the most expensive adjustable pulleys. I am the contractor, my electrician was very good at what he did, but this was new to him. The motors were running hot. I called the technician at Grainger and he explained to how to adjust the pulleys and it should work and it did. Every time I called them they were helpful, even the people in sales. They made sure I had the right part. Thank You Keith Robinson Sr Veteran Roofing Inc

I want to give a big shout out to Juan at the Grainger store located at 16741 North Freeway in Houston. Juan took it upon himself to make this customer happy by helping to place my order and expedite shipping after there were several snags and delays with the Grainger front office. Companies need more employees like Juan who make it their mission to keep customers happy - and returning. Byron Zimmermann

Ordered glass petri dishes and they arrived in one day, and were packaged amazingly well. I am beyond pleased with the effort they put into this packaging. I have ordered from other places in the past and they arrived broken. These would have had to have been smashed with a hammer to break . Each petri dish was individually wrapped for maximum protection, then all surrounded in another layer, placed in a box with more protection around it, inside another box. Perfect. Thank you so much.

Excellent service and order status communication. Strongly recommend their products and their web service for fast and easy ordering from their warehouse inventory. Web site was easy to use and provided complete information on the order, the cost of the order, and the cost to ship. My order was filled quickly and accurately. Will definitely order again. Thank you Grainger.

GRAINGER was there for my Company and totally came through for us during an emergency. I can’t thank James enough. He helped me to place the rush order over the phone and the Customer service agents that I spoke to throughout the day were so helpful with delivery information. Thank you all for an amazing job!
