Thank you, Doreen! The process was handled with absolute care and attention. Even with the changes we had to make to adjust to the chapter's needs, they were patient and helped us get exactly what we needed. Amazing customer service! The stoles did not take long to make or ship, either. The delivery service was smooth. They are also of great quality. We were pleasantly surprised by how thick and detailed everything was, including the logo. I love that they are embroidered. This ensures it will last and helps with a clean appearance. Overall 10/10. Highly recommended!

The stoles were good quality, and their message replies were very prompt. My stoles also came fast, about a week before they were scheduled to arrive, during busy season too. I would definitely use them again!

I reached out to them and I got a prompt response. My order was made and shipped really fast and the quality of the product is great! Overall, very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended. I used them twice so far!

Phenomenal quality, we were very pleased!

Great quality and order arrives quickly.

Always great to work with. Reliable and quality products for a great price!

The graduation stoles turned out great! Our students loved them, the quality was exactly what we expected, and the customer service team was super easy to work with! They were also produced, shipped, and delivered quickly!

I love the relationship we've built and trust Doreen to give me great product, price and follow through. I think we've been using Graduation Stoles for 8 years now and wouldn't change a thing. This year I couldn't find the box that was delivered, and Doreen was helping with tracking, was on email and the phone helping me track it down. It ended up someone at my college had received it and put it somewhere off the beaten path, so it was found but I totally appreciated the time and effort Doreen put into helping me.
