This company is a bit unreliabe.

This company took forever to deliver my items, 44 days to be exact! I placed an order for a total of 4 hanging fake flower baskets on 4/30/2026, the total from the email receipt was $113.98... BUT they actually charged my debit card $136.78 total. It initially showed when it shipped and it updated tracking info every time it arrived at a new location and then the updates stopped & didn't update or move ever again. I did a little research and found they had lots of complaints of either never getting the item they ordered or it showed up several weeks after ordered. And the business name is different. The company was Gradientiscolor but on my bank statement it's Conveni4ELN. UPDATE: Because I wrote this review and emailed their support they credited me back the overcharge of $22.80 AND my order showed up TODAY, FRIDAY 6/12/2026, BUT I was shorted by two hanging plants. When I placed the order it said when I ordered 1 hanging flower plant that it came with 2 plants, so I ordered 2 so I would get a total of 4, but unfortunately I only got 2. They owe me $56.99 for the 2 I did NOT receive. I am happy that they did respond, credited the overcharge. But I was supposed to get 4 total! So overall experience was not great and I don't see myself buying from them again. 2 very small fake hanging flowers for $113.98 when I was supposed to get 4. But I will say even though they are very small they are still really pretty.
