Buyer beware!! I needed to return my order and was given the run-around. I requested a full refund multiple times and they kept offering discounts if I would keep the order. After repeated messages declining their offer, they finally agreed to a full refund. I returned the merchandise as instructed. After several days, I inquired to the status and they claimed that they were having “technical issues” and their finance team was “currently unable to process the payment” and that they were “actively working to resolve this matter.” I saw another review with the same type of response. I feel this is an unethical company practice. My next step is to report the charge as fraudulent.

I ordered my rings and waited forever for them to arrive. I sent an email to support as directed on my order. No response. Then I received the rings and the sizing was not as expected. I immediately sent an email again to support stating that not were the sizing of rings off but one of the stones on the bezel setting on the stack of 4 rings I purchased was lifting and crooked. Still no response to my email. I have sent yet another follow up and no response. Now upon wearing the two toned ring I also purchased, it is starting to make finger green and the metal is losing the luster. I provided pictures of the rings in question and zero resolution or anything from company. It’s like I’ve been ghosted.

There are earrings that supposedly been delivered but never show up and when you contact someone representing Grace they tell you they were delivered then you act them agaun and the story is they are sending them out. Also merchandise that was cancelled and check cashed already asked for money refunded back they want you to take 25% of want you paid. Received jewelry that looks like it came out of a gumball machine and to return it back is a joke. I just want my money back. I am fighting for that as we speak. If Grace made jewelry this bad, I see why they just ask for shipping costs. Had an order that was cancelled not even 5 minutes after it was done, received an email telling me the refund was issued waited a month still no refund. Contacted Grace was told refund happened long ago. Emailed them again the supervisor wants me take 25% of what was paid of an order that was never done. I am fighting now to get the whole amount.

I even hate to give 1 star, they should get Zero. Quality was so bad, nothing like the picture. Do not buy from these people. Do your research. Hard lesson learned from this.

Hoax! The sweet pics of Mom and Daughter “handmade jewelry” - it came straight from China and looks like it came out of a gum ball machine. I wish I had thought to look at the reviews before ordering.

I placed an order with Grace Jewels and received a delivery notification stating the package had been delivered. However, the delivery photo showed the package left on the floor in the lobby of my building rather than being handed to me or placed in a secure location. Unfortunately, the package was gone when I checked. I contacted customer service to report the issue and am waiting for a resolution. Leaving packages unattended in a public lobby is not a secure delivery method and puts customers at risk of losing their orders. I hope the company will address this situation and improve their delivery practices or provide better support when packages go missing.

This is a crap company. I ordered two rings. They did not fit so requested to return them as they state on their web site, "14 day money back guarantee ". Nope....we will give you store credit or pick other items. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY
