We waited over an hour past the time for delivery. Called customer service. They said it was delivered. They said I provided a wrong phone number. But I didn’t provide a wrong email address and they was no knock at the door or doorbell ring. The bag of food had been placed on the porch. With no Knick or doorbell ring. So there was no surprise when I did pick it up bugs scurried away from it. Extremely disappointing.

Food came cold and dry. Dosa was missing stew/sauce that goes on top. Delivery person wanted to hand deliver even though I had COVID and wanted contactless.

When I got to the restaurant, they were not aware of my order. I then had to wait another 20 min to get my food. They said grabull had not sent the order over to them. Food was excellent. I suggest calling the restaurant directly to order.
