Can't even leave a review on their website
The fan I received seems to be underperforming the default fan I have, considering it says both fans are spinning at 70% and the fan I bought from here is only spinning at 2500RPM and my original fan is spinning at 3500RPM mind you, this is both at 70% so seems I got a faulty part unfortunately so I've got to leave a negative review. Also huge down side you can't even leave a review on their website.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the fan. According to the screenshot you sent us earlier, the replacement fan is running at approximately 3580 RPM, not 2500 RPM, while the other fan is running at approximately 3623 RPM. This is a very small difference and can be normal, especially with a new and unused fan. Nevertheless, we wanted to make sure the issue was fully resolved, so we shipped a complete dual-fan set free of charge, rather than only replacing the single fan originally ordered. We also contacted you afterward to check whether everything was working correctly, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Finally, you also mentioned that you couldn't leave a review on our website.
