Prompt shipment of the wrong belt, and zero response to any contact attempts after that. At least they were cheap.

In stock items usually ship same day? yeah right. Here I am about a month in, no tracking information, no response from the seller. Phone calls, website contact, a number of emails... Eventually I got 1 response saying they will check on my status if I gave them an order number (to my message asking for my status that included my order number already). Then I got an email that it would ship early next week. No response that next week, or late that week, or the week after that. I had to open a Paypal complaint for a refund. How do they even stay in business?

Well I would like to give them credit for at least filling,the order. My belts finally showed up today. Correct belts in good condition. Three weeks was a little more than 3 to 5 days so I can't reccomend anyone to use a company that advertises a butt load in stock and fast delivery then just the opposite once they get your money. Once and done with them but I will remove the term Scam and replace it with Shady. Good luck!

Harvest season just around the corner and needing a hard to find belt for our 92 Massey Harris Combine. This company met and exceeded the challenge!!! Ordered the belt late Saturday evening and I did not mind paying the extra cost for Ground UPS (4 day) to be sure we had quick delivery. It arrived early afternoon on Tuesday. Quick response and follow up to my email messages too!!!

We ordered the same size belts for our lawnmower that we have bought for years from other companies. We ordered two from this company and not only did it take longer than expected to ship, it was the wrong sizing!! Yet they want me to ship it back to them at my own cost and then charge me a 15% restock fee on top of this!!! I would never use this company again. This is horrible customer service. Thank you for punishing me for your mistake of sending the wrong size....? Out $40 now in this already crappy economy because it is not even worth the hassle when I barely get a refund at all with a restock fee.

Order belts from them year ago and got one email from them saying the belts where on back order for 6 to 8 weeks. Well been a year now sent multiple emails, several calls with no luck wont even respond. Total RIP OFFS. Steer Clear of this company.

Ordered a belt for my Cub cadet. Paid in advance. Supposed to be here a week ago as of 9/16/23. Haven't received a thing. Won't answer phone or text messages. Left several voicemails. They don't call back. Had to finally buy a belt at Lowe's. Avoid this place. Rip-off artists.

Only accepted payment and never sent anything. Communication is terrible yet they tout A+ BBB rating. How do companies like this get away with theft?
