They are a bunch of scammers
They are a bunch of scammers I purchased from them and it does not work because of the license key. I contacted support and after 36 hours it tells me that the theme does not work and cannot be refunded.

I purchased two themes
I purchased two themes, and neither of them could be activated. When I tried to contact support, they just kept saying, *"Please wait, our team is trying to bypass it."* If the product isn't GPL licensed, why is it even listed on the store? When I requested a refund, they offered me a voucher code instead, telling me to use it for a future purchase. Why would I want to buy anything else from them after this experience?

I first purchased flatsome after using…
I first purchased flatsome after using it for a few days then updated it after it came and since then it was showing license invalid. they were saying that it can be used for life time .I also bought another theme since first install I was asking for license but they didn't give it to me with the theme After contacting them they kept me waiting for two to three weeks and no reply. My question is if we have taken this product from the developer then why there are saying and they told me in support that it will be bypassed that's why I am taking time why should it be bypassed if we take the product from the developer. my ticket ID 23732. Hi, sorry to hear that and we understand the situation. GPL products depend on the official server's response to bypass the activation if it's possible or not. It's because the license has been pre-activated, we can not guarantee that the next update of the product will be working without the license, that is why the team has time to process to bypass the licensing to give you the working one. If you received an update but it's not working, we can send you the previous version, some of them are working and you can use it until the latest one has been preactivated/working. Else we can send similar products if you don't wish to consider. Thanks for understanding.

no customer support
no customer support, many of thr products dont work, are also same as a lot of free themes, they show you one click installs for a number of different tempplates, so you purchase only to find that you have to update the theme and purchase an extra licence to download the extra themes. best just using some of the abundancy free wordpress themes, would not recommend.

Let's face it they steal the work of…
Let's face it they steal the work of others and steal their profits. It's therefore a sort of karma when you support theft and buy their plugins. Got burnt by them on a dodgy plugin that wouldn't install - got fed BS and got ripped off. Karma I guess. Will not be using this site ever again. I'd note they responded saying my name isn't on their system (nope I used another name) and to open a ticket. I opened a ticket. They ripped me off but hey as I said enjoy your $4.99 that will be the last cent you get from me. Best I can tell also is you can't cancel your account with them.
