GPLMonsterReviews of gplmonster.com

I have had an account with GPL for over 2 years now and then started to be unable to login to their site... I contacted support and they quickly addressed and resolved my issue.

Firstly, gplmonster works. And it works like a charm. But there's a problem - when you do make purchases, be sure to read the fine print (FAQs). The support team often deflects any question to FAQs. The support team is pretty bad in general - according to me. I purchased ~6/7 plugins, hit rate is I would about 60-80%. I didn't get child themes for some - when I reported, the support team doesn't really care that much. All in all, you get what you pay for. The prices are cheap and when it works, it truly does delight you.

Even though they're not as popular as the other GPL sites, I really like their support. They're very responsive and accommodating unlike other GPL sites where they have a live chat but doesn't actually respond to users.

Very good experience. Although some plugins anyway require license. But good to try
