My first time using this service. Was really unsure. I purchased a theme and tried uploading the provided zip to my site. WP told me a file was missing from the zip and failed the upload. I contacted support and they told me to unzip the provided file, that my theme zip was inside their zip. As I know themes come as zip files, it had not occurred to me there was more in the provided zip and that I needed to upzip first. Support response was timely. Theme is working well.

All worked fine, support responded in few minutes to my questions which does not happen often on other sites - that's a big +. Wide range of plugins that are not available on other sites. Also the monthly packages are really cheap. 6 month for 36 usd is a good price.
